I asked for a service called to fixed my business fork lift, they never called, I called them again, they were not professional at all over the phone, again they said they would write out a service call, have not heard from them yet one week later. I call that pick and choose.

Con artists! Shysters, for lack of a better word. I brought an electric pallet jack that I bought there back in 2003 in for repairs and told that the repairs would cost about 2/3 of the original purchase price so I declined. When I went to pick it up I was greeted with an attitude ant told that I owe them $117 just for looking at it. I was never informed that there would be a fee for an estimates or that their technicians receive the same hourly rate as a heart surgeon. All they did was take the plastic cover off held on by two screws to look at the inside, a job an 11 year old would be more than capable of doing. $50 would have been a fair price, not $117. After a brief argument with one of the managers, he had an employee bring out the pallet jack with a high low. To add insult to injury the unit was given to me in pieces, well not to exaggerate, with the cover off expecting me to just accept it. Finally I demanded that he find the cover and put it back on, and he did but not without losing the screws that originally held the cove on. These were one of those situations where one may feel that they were robbed at pen-point and nobody to help you. If I ran my business this way I would've been out of business in no time flat. Modern Handling, you should be ashamed of yourselves!
