Great repair shop. I had a great mechanic for 5 years and he sold the business. I wanted to give the new guys a try but have been struggling with them for two year. The final straw was when my A/C needed service and it was on going to 6 weeks. I dropped off my car with Russ with no real expectations because I was so burned and fed up with my past mechanic. My car was to be diagnosed and I was sure it needed the same expensive part that the other mechanic order, which never came in. I even rented a car because of those low expectations. But to my delight they diagnosed and repaired my A/C in a day and kept me updated via email. They thoroughly examined the car and it was minor repair that were needed. They are truely dependable, reliable and reasonable. I found my new mechanic! All around friendly crew.

Since Day 1 they've been truly dedicated in giving my vehicle the proper care that it needs, and so far I've been satisfied. Awesome customer service, they're very friendly, and gives honest repair costs. I must say, Russ's Wrench is the true definition of what a auto repair shop should be. Honest, loyal, and friendly. Thanks guys! Keep up the good work.

Russ and his team clearly care about their customers! This is evident as soon as you step in the door. The level of service and attention to detail is over the top. Everyone is extremely nice and are courteous especially when they are asked questions about repair work. The mechanics are knowledgeable and honest about repairs. It was a pleasure working with Jason and Becky! Loved the inspection report updates! 😀

My 2011 Audi S4 broke down en route from Maine to a wedding in Clinton, NJ. Car's clutch would not engage nor disengage - thought I had a major issue. I had my car towed to Russ's after hours (he was there) and very accommodating given this was a Friday night and could've simply left. Instead I was able to meet him and staff, explain circumstances. He was able to diagnose and fix the car by Monday, turned out to be a slave cylinder which cost 10% of what I was expecting. No highway robbery; just HONEST work. He allowed me to keep my car on premise until the following week as I wasn't able to get down from Maine to pick it up. Drives like a dream again. I highly recommend this team, though I hope to never break down in NJ again!! Thanks guys. You made a horrible night turn out not so bad.

I have been bringing all three of my company trucks to Russ's Wrench for years. They provide excellent service in a timely manor. The best part is they will pick up the vehicle up from your location, even your work place. Then drop it off when it's completed. Friendly, knowledgeable staff! Joe/Lebanon
