I do not recommend this dealer. We bought 40 brand new Peterbilts with Carrier APU units pre-installed. Since day number one the units we have been having issues, and whenever we go to a dealer we are being told that the units are not installed properly. But the thing is the units has been installed by Carrier. No communication whatsoever between dealers. When I would call the salesman, he would always tell me "Just pay for it and we will reimburse you for it.". Now 7 invoices down the road, we have not been reimbursed for any of them. I had one of my tractors in for rattling noise on the compressor, I was told that it was changed under warranty, but that was not the main issue for the unit not starting, so they made me pay $169 for priming the system that is not under warranty. Later on that day when i received the invoice i realized that I was lied to, and that the compressor was never replaced. I will never use this dealer again or buy this product.
