The owner will yell and threaten customers if they decide to go else where, that he won't take them back as customers. I don't know how anyone can say this business is professional. In my opinion they are con artists, they take your money without fixing the problem.

The owner is an good honest guy. I bought the wrong part at an salvage yard before finding this shop. Once I arrived at the shop, the mechanic discovered I had the wrong part. The owner found the correct part for me. The mechanic that worked on my truck repaired it in a very timely manner. I found these people to be very honest and help. Great people and a great shop. I would recommend this shop to anyone in the area.

Been an o/o for 10 years now, and i know that getting emergency repairs done away from home is usually expensive... especially after hours and on holidays. My truck stopped going thru the regen process on its own, and would not perform a parked regen either. My wife and I contacted John about bringing the truck to his shop early in the morning ON July 4th! Not only did he answer, after describing our problem to him he told us to come right over. I totally expected him to say we had to wait until the following day. We arrived at his shop around 0730 and John was there waiting for us, coffee in hand. He did what he could to troubleshoot the issue, and called a freightliner specialist to come over (ON July 4th!) and assist to make sure he was accurate in his assessment. By 11am they had discovered the problem, got the truck to go thru the regen process multiple times to completely clean out the DPF. He discovered that the clutch switch had gone bad, and gave us a work around to keep the the truck going and to be able to perform parked regen whenever needed until we could get back home to our mechanic to have the necessary components replaced at a reasonable cost. While John and his colleague worked on our truck he took my wife and I to his shop's break room, cranked the a/c, turned on the TV, and made sure we were comfortable. The shop and the property overall was emaculate and well organized. And after all was said and done I can say that our invoice total was MORE than fair, considering the position we were in. Definitely recommend their shop, and will definitely visit again when we (or any of our drivers) are in the area in need of anything for our trucks. Great guy, great shop. You're in good hands at MARS DIESEL! Thanks John!!
