Brought our 2012 Ford E 350 Box Truck for Front Brakes and inspection of rear. After a Salesman solicited our store. They seemed nice but in turn more of a sales gimmick. After being told it would be about $1,200 for new front and rear brakes I said okay let's do it. Then over a week later on A Friday I told them I couldn't wait any longer as we are a weekend business and our Truck needs to be on road again. They said they where finishing up and I could pick up at closing or it will be stuck there for the weekend. So I said okay I'll swing by how much was the Total. She said $3,600. I almost fell over as she stated upon initial quote front and rear about $1,200. I complained then she said let's see if I can get a discount for you on parts. So they came back at $3,200 and I paid in full reluctantly. It was a typical sales hustle. After reporting it to the Avis the company I had purchased Truck from 2 months prior. They said On site is notorious for sales tactics and over charging them as well and they had stopped sending any of there fleet to be serviced by them. As they to felt over charged and hustled as well. I only write this now as it happend in late August toward end of season. Now our season just started and the brakes on driver side is all messed up as it was to begin with. Waste of time and money. Stay away!! I told them if they'll honor there 1 year warrantee I'll bring it in, but they couldn't promise that. What a joke! I now go to a family owned shop and it's way better honest service with fair upfront pricing. I've never written a bad comment about anyone but this place tops my worst experiences.

I was very satisfied with the service of my vehicle when I brought it in to the Lakewood Center. I dropped it off at 5pm and it was ready early next morning. Fast service and nice people. I'd go back. DH
