I came here because one of my tires blew out and I heard they would give you a ride to Hamilton train station. As someone who is very uneasy about ever taking my car to a shop, I must say it was one of the most positive auto repair experiences I've had. Tom was very friendly and knowledgeable and took his time with me to address all of my concerns. They got back to me with updates within a few hours, explained all that needed to be done (and the things that could wait), and they had everything done for me on the same day. Price was also reasonable. Would definitely return here in the future (and I can't say that about most shops I've been to!) Five stars.

Used Pullen's multiple times now for different cars. Always receive honest, fast, reliable and affordable service. Getting rides to local locations is a huge thumbs up. Will use again when needed.

the station is always backed up, the gas is of very cheap quality and burns out quickly, and the mechanics are extremely half assed. I went to have a hose in my radiator fixed they held my car for a week then charged me $350 just to wrap duck tape around it. this location is extremely mismanaged.
