I really do not know what happened. They use to be the very best of the best. They stole from me, lied to me, charged me more than double. I was ok with the time it took. They had an attorney send me a demand letter to notify me the work was done. They stole parts off my motor. They damaged parts and claimed it came that way to them. The guy in the back is also a compulsive liar. Brian, the president is nothing short of a criminal with his tactics, and ai now know several people who feel this way that use to say the same as me, that there is no better place. At a loss for words. Jeannie is as rude as rude gets.

Absolutely terrible, poor service and unbelievably dishonest. The old lady in the office was absolutely rude, got a few things "Dr greased there and was highly disappointed when it came back looking almost identical to when dropped off. Truck work I had done was okay just lied to about the done day. Finally Brian menkee is a compulsive liar. I know people that have sworn by this company for years, for as long as they, can remember. Ask those same people now? They are all discussed. The company,is a joke.

Lie, Cheat and Steal! Told us one price to get us in a door. Upon completion the price was 5x the quoted price. Told us it would be a 5 day fix. Turns out they had the truck for 25 days. Once we came in and paid via credit card, lady came out of the side office and demanded a Cashiers Check or she wouldnt allow us to take the truck. We had a printed receipt that showed paid, lady at the window stamped and dated the paid receipt, the receipt said "Amount due $0.00" but still they threatened to not allow the truck to leave without a cashiers check. After that debacle, as soon as we left their property our fromt left tire explodes with a huge bolt in it. Coincidence? I think not. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE. You will not be happy.

R & R has always been good to me. They have rebuilt heads, replaced u-joints, pressed and pulled bearings for me. Never have they tried to over charge me or switch a price from what they initially said. Great Shop that does quality work.
