I was just looking up Mikes Complete Services because I want to take my third car there. They did a great job for me in the past with my two other cars that I took there and I will continue to take my business there.

I ve worked here twice now for Mike. He's NOT all that he puts himself out to be! He's self centered and cares only for himself! Doesn't know how to address or talk to people! And as for pricing on mechanic work, yeah it's definitely on the high side! I was there for over a year and he talked about giving me a raise. I was making $13/hr, and he talked about giving me a $2 raise but never seen it! I ask him about it and told him that I was going to get a second job, and he had the nerve to tell me no cause I'd just be tired the next day, that all I need to do is work more hours in the day and do it 7days a week!!!!! NOW, what kind of person is he exactly? NOT one I want to work/slave for EVER AGAIN!!!!!

I received a quest for a small repair, that ultimately takes a lot of labor, my expected cost was pretty high for the minor repair, it was just way out of range for the actual cost. let's put it this way, the piece that needed replaced only costs about $30-$50, but the labor involves removing the drive shaft, tranny, torque converter, etc. so the labor would be a lot of time, maybe 3-5 hours, but for $780 + tax... no thank you? I'd do the repair myself if I had the tools.
