The only place my wife and I will take our vehicles. Great service, great people, great business . It's a family business and now a days that means a lot. Not to mention that your treated like family. These kind of values make an amazing business. They explain exactly what's wrong and what needs to be done to fix the problem. There good, honest people plan and simple. You get quality work at Jim's.....period. Your never going to have to come back to have the same issue fixed....it's done right the first time. Raymond and Brad.....these guys are awesome and the best at what they do!......Shawn's okay too, still trying to figure out what he does though 🤔.........😜 You know I'm kidding Shawn 😉

My car was stranded on Memorial Day on the side of the road. I was driving and my car was making noise and my car came to a complete stop. My left tie rod came off my tire. I had my car towed to Jim Van Dyke's Automotive & Tire Center. They checked out my car really good. They found my right tie rod was going out also. My rack and pinion was bad. My power steering fluid was leaking. I am so glad that they found all of this and fixed it for me. I could have been in a really bad wreck the shape my car was in. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Everyone that works there is very honest and hard-working and dependable. They even came and picked me up so I could come take my car home. I thank all of you at Jim Van Dyke's Automotive & Tire Service for everything that you have done to help me and help others!

Definitely found my go-to shop in Washington Court House! A rear coil spring broke on my car last week and, being a mechanic, I wanted to do it at home. However, after buying the parts I needed, it became quite apparent that this was not a job to be done in the home garage on jack stands. So I talked to them on a Friday, and they said they could get to it Monday or Tuesday if I brought it in and quoted a very reasonable price for the labor. Had the car towed in that day; on Monday morning received a call that it was ready. This shop provided accurate and up front time expectations and cost estimates, and stuck to it. Could not be happier with them!

Broke a break line uptown and went Jim Vandyke's. Took care of me, met the price for repair and had it done early. I can always count on them.

I heard this was a reputable place, but the prices were astronomical. $700 to replace a throttle body, and $100 for a diagnostic. They tacked on $20 to clean the battery terminals. No thanks.
