Courteous and friendly service center. Tommy Brooks takes care of our RV and the job is done right and on time. The mechanics are well-trained to do the work for all customers. The shop is clean with no tools scattered around. The floor is painted and clean. Not a dirty oily place. We will have our RV serviced here anytime we need it.

I’ve taken my diesel pusher motor home to them twice for annual maintenance and been very satisfied both times. First time they discovered a leak that may have spoiled our vacation. They had to order a part and since bad weather was predicted they parked my couch under a covered parking area. Knowledgeable, and professional. Very clean facility, not your normal diesel truck garage. And very timely service both times, kept me posted on the status both times. Prices were in line with what I’ve experienced at other places for same work. I will definitely use them again.

I bought two Hino 268A, 24' Dry vans with lift-gates from IP McKinney. My buying decision was based on a verbal commitment from Brian O'Neil, VP that IP would stand behind all that they sell. It was not long before this was put to the test and in my humble consumer opinion IP failed miserably! The day of delivery the refurbished lift-gate (I had agreed to a refurbished) did not work properly. The lift-gate's Mechanical components, seals, switches etc. were not replaced or gone through to bring them up to like new function as I had believed they would be based on my pre-order discussion with Steve Meadows my salesman.. Steve said that a coat of paint was refurbished and that he never said the mechanical would be refurbished. I Will always ask for re-manufactured from now on. We ended up buying a new lift gate from IP. Next, The roll up doors on BOTH boxes were de-laminating soon after delivery. I called my Salesman Steve Meadows to file a warranty claim. I was advised that the boxes would not be warranted by IP or Hino and that I needed to file the claim with the Box manufacturer Morgan directly. I expressed that I really did not have time to deal with Morgan and that IP and Hino would have much greater sway than I with Morgan. Steve then went to Morgan's Website and started the claim on my behalf and left it for me to handle. Thanks Steve! Unbelievable that IP does not have some process to help with this type issue. Nearly 12 months and 3 replacement DOORS LATER (PER TRUCK) finally the doors are on. I had to fight like crazy with Morgan to get non defective doors replaced time and again and still IP remained hands off! We still have additional downtime coming to re-apply graphics. We have been without use of our trucks for days sand weeks with no loaners from IP or offer of compensation for our aggravation for all the trips back and forth throughout. Both Brian and Steve were ccd on the most, if not all emails with Morgan and chose to stay out of the conversation or help in anyway! I will NEVER buy another truck from IP and all service will be performed by their competitors, Rush truck center or others. PS: IP will come and pick up your truck for scheduled maintenance (as long as they want to but no commitment to do so long terms). After my first PM with IP it dawned on me that I am using my fuel, adding miles and left without a truck for at least a day maybe 2 for the this privilege. Rush will come to me to perform PMs comparable $. A NO BRAINER who's service package to go with here. Robert Jordan Business Environments

Very easy to work with, needed a part sourced for an older Allison trans and they had it to their shop within a day. Will go back if I ever have the need.
