Lowest level of customer service. Unbelievable dirty language and poor communication. The owner/manager needs medical attention above shoulders area. Definetely no go place. I know what a repairs shop should be after more than 25 years around trucks

I was going to write the most awful review I've ever written... just equal to the treatment I received today from troy... but when I read the few reviews you got, I confirmed my suspicion, you are a miserable person and the most unprofessional I've ever encountered. I honestly feel bad for the people that work around you. horrible experience and a waste of time. I gave your employees 5 stars, family or not it must be hard to work in a eviroment with a human like yourself.

So I tried to buy some tires from Troy's diesel that they talked me into buying they didn't have time to take care of me when I was there so I went back down there a week later and ask about the tires and said they get me the price I waited another week and call down there and ask is troy available and the lady on the phone asked who I was and I said I'm Trevor and she said can you be nice and I said yes troy got on the phone himself and said it sounds like somebody needs an ass whooping and I said no I just need some tires

5 Star Service. Great guy to deal with.

We took our truck here to get some engine work done on it. First time speaking with Troy he assured us he could take care of the issue, quoted a price, and said the work would take about a week. We paid to have the truck towed out to molalla over the weekend. Monday we give troy a call and leave a message to make sure the truck was received and get an idea on when it would be put into his schedule. Told we would get a call back. Two days later we call and are told the same thing. Today, 5 days after the first message we call, just wanting some basic info on when they would be able to get to it. Troy answers this time and says let me call you back, we ask when, he screams "When I F****in feel like it, I'm busy!". Sounds like he's having a bad day. Probably not a wise business choice to take it out on customers.
