Like all of the previous customers I too am pretty satisfied with the quality of work these guys have done. They've done work on both my rigs and everything seems to be holding up pretty nicely! I especially like the txt they send with a break down of everything that was done. Their pricing is reasonable although I have received a quote or two that was above what I was able to get at another shop so it's hit and miss with pricing on some things which is the case any place you go I think. All in all, I'm happy and continue to go back.

I took my Expedition into Trinitys because of an oil leak. It was not a small leak. It was leaking all over my driveway. I was told from another shop that the leak was caused by 3 things: the differential cover gasket, oil pan gasket and front axle seals. After taking it to Trinitys, they diagnosed three completely different problems which were the oil filter gasket, power steering hose and valve cover gaskets. Naturally, I second guessed there diagnoses because 1 shop is saying one thing and another shop is saying something different. Ive had work done at Trinitys in the past and trusted them. After the work was completed, I did not see a single drop of oil in my driveway! I am very happy with them and there work. Also, during the work, they accidentally cracked my radiator and replaced it for free. I honestly feel bad about that because they are good people and I really hate to see them take a hit like that. Nevertheless, Trinitys is a great shop and will always have our business.

Great place! It had a clean atmosphere, every person was polite and really listened to my concerns and was able to help explain the best avenue. Definitely am going back when I need to!

I've taken my car to Trinity's Quality Auto Care twice now. The first time I took my car in, it needed a bunch of work. The team at Trinity's really worked fast to try to get my car done in one day, as I live in Corvallis and did not have a ride back. They ordered all the parts that they thought they would need pretty quickly. The second time I took my car to Trinity's, I had to get my power steering topped off. I had an appointment in Portland later that day so I stressed that to the owner, Steve. He immediately got on of his guys working on my car and had me in and out of the shop in around 30-45 minutes. I really recommend Trinity's Quality Auto Care. They do care for the people who come in and try their absolute best to make every experience a good one.

I was taken care of fast and these guys are straight up with you. They don’t pressure you to get stuff done you don’t need, they check out your issues/concerns and let you know what’s up and you decide what to do from there. Average pricing, and excellent customer service. They keep you up to date and never leave you hanging. Will be back if I have any further issues.
