He was not honest, took my truck hauled it all over on the back of a semi after he closed his shop. He got agressive with me and my fiance in front of my daughter. Took absolutely no care in storing my parts. I have pics and videos to back up what I'm saying. Stay away from them if I were you.

Very nice people at the beginning, they said that the truck will be fixed by the next morning, we came in with 3rd injector issue so they replaced it and in the morning the truck had the same issue the same code popped out, and because they DO NOT HAVE THE PROPER EQUIPMENT TO FIX IT we have to go to Freightliner, one star because they did not even lower the bill with one cent, they wanted to get paid for the job they couldn't do. Don't take the job that you can't handle or at least be nice to your customers and offer a discount if there is something that you did wrong.

Well I brought my semi and car hauling trailer to evergreen and they made it seem they were on top of my truck and gonna communicate what’s going on with my issues and 3 weeks go by and finally “finished” I had one working day with the truck then my running lights go out on the trailer and I called and they said bring it in bring it in on a Saturday they said they were working on Saturday and I told them I needed it done end of business Monday . Well Monday comes along not even a phone call to tell me their mechanic quit and wouldn’t be able to finish the job . I loose about 700$ a day on average to let any mechanic work on my truck and I loose 300$ in fuel to drive down to chehalis with truck and trailer . So for them to not say a word until I show up end of business day to get truck and find out they haven’t finished is not only unprofessional it’s down right inexcusable. My father owns his own automotive shop and not only is professionalism but communication with your customers key. Evergreen truck and diesel has only offered to remedy the situation if I’m the one who has to loose more money by bringing them my truck and trailer to fix something that I have already paid to have fix and another 1000$ on top of that for lost time and fuel . Any other reputable business woulda offered a small refund for the inconvenience to have someone fix the issues that were supposed to be corrected by them already . Oh my bill was 2800$ plus a 700$ winch I traced for the work an they kept putting other easier jobs in front of my truck so took twice as long as it should

Great shop! I'm a Long haul truck driver called Phil told him the problems I was having he told me to bring it in he got right on it. It took longer for the parts to get there than the repair took. Very fair price. Highly recommend this shop.

This guy is amazing! I haven't been to his shop since he recently opened up, but he works magic with engines - particularly diesels. I don't think anyone has a more thorough understanding and feel for a diesel engine then he does. If he works on your rig, consider yourself lucky, he is a genius!
