Can't say enough about the fantastic job these guys did on my truck. Shane, and mechanics that worked on my vehicle ( I wish I remembered their names to give them much deserved credit) were extremely knowledgeable about my situation- and had the specialized extracting tools and equipment to get it done. I have a 2004 Ford F-150 which is notorious for being an absolute nightmare when putting in new spark plugs / tune up. Simple Google search will yield pages of results from other owners complaining about how they snap off & the whole process in general (Easily a two-day ordeal). My truck runs so good now - it's like new! Very happy. They also put forth extra effort with preventative measures to make the process easier next time. Additional labor hours were needed which was expected given the circumstances. Price wise - I got a fantastic deal on top of top notch work. Thank You K&M !

These guys are amazing! Shane was super helpful and the guys in the shop explained everything to me in a way that made perfect sense (I'm obviously not a car person). I hung out while they overlooked my Ford Focus- came back within an hour had quotes ready to go for what needed to be fixed. Their estimated time to fix the squeaky belt was an hour and then less than an hour later, belt was fixed and I was out the door! Definitely going to keep bringing my focus back. Plus online scheduling and the online portal to keep track of everything is super cool.

This company provides excellent service and high-quality work. The prices are fair, and they won't try to sell you on anything you don't need. I will definitely come back here.

Some advice to the owners, instead of monitoring your reviews.DO BETTER WORK. These ppl are scam artists and likely paying for the good reviews they get....Look up the people that are writing them and you will notice some are teens who are also writing reviews for resorts?!?. NO TEEN DOES THAT..not just my car but my friends van got trashed by these ppl too. If you can wait and watch while they do work..great...

I had an emergency with my truck and needed help. I looked up K&M and as I normally do I went straight to reviews. All of them were good so I figured I would give it a shot. Well I can tell you the reviews were spot on. The service was great from the first phone call to the drop off to the speedy service and the follow up emails. I am definitely will go back and recommend them to anyone that needs that is looking for good personal and automotive service. Thanks!
