Knowledgeable, honest and to the point. They confirmed an issue I suspected my F-150 was experiencing. Their tech ended up finding a related problem and they addressed that also. Casey's is far cheaper and quicker than any dealership could ever be. They did have my truck for 2 days, but that was only because the one of the parts was not available till the next day. No fault of their own. I will be taking my vehicles there for service in the future and would recommend them to anyone.

I recently had them work on my Jeep. They were able to get me in the same day which is why I decided to try them. They did a really good job and I'm happy with the quality of their work. Unfortunately, I can't give them five stars. Their rates are higher than other shops in the area. Also, I asked them to install a sensor I'd already purchased, but they don't install any user supplied parts. (something about their warranty) Totally understandable, but other shops around will which makes them less competitive. Great bunch of folks, but I probably won't use them again.

Great customer service. Justin was awesome. I live at the coast and he made sure the work was done in time for me to beat rush hour traffic home on Hwy 26. No high pressure sales on recommendations. Willing to work within your budget. I will use their services again. Thank you Justin. P.Johns in Rockaway Beach, Oregon

These guys are great. I worked with Justin who has phenomenal customer service. Everything was explained thoroughly, i was even shown a video to help me understand more of what was wrong with my car. I felt like the charges for the repair were fair, and so did family/friends I spoke with. They are honest and understanding at Casey's. These are my car repair dudes now. 100% would recommend.

Took my car in for oil change and other maintenance as well as to get it detailed. Justin was great to work with in terms of the car repairs and maintenance. I have to say that the wow factor came when they pulled my car around after the detailing though! Holy cow! My car was shining like a new penny! And after a couple of years of toting dogs around, the dog hair and funky dog smell was gone. I feel like I have a new car. The interior looks amazing! Absolutely will plan to come back and get my car detailed here regularly. The nice guy that did the detailing commented that he puts his heart and soul into doing good work - and it shows. Can't say enough how happy I am with how it turned out!
