Broke down at a gas station and he was very nice and helpful and made sure the store I broke down at wouldn't tow me away

This place is a complete joke and the most dishonest business I have ever dealt with. My Motorhome AC was not working. After multiple visits to my home to fix the problem over 6 weeks. Ben then wanted to take the Coach to his shop to work on it. After 4 weeks I started calling and attempting to get my Motorhome back. Ben had a different excuse every time. I made a call every few days and every time another excuse. He had my Motorhome for 2 months total and didn't fix the AC. Not only did he not fix the original problem but now I have a coolant leak and grease all over my carpet and dinette. I had to call the police and get nasty to get my keys and Motorhome back. Then he charged me $271 for nothing and wanted to turn in charges to the extended warranty company. Insurance fraud is apparently how he makes his money. I'm turning this business into the Better Business Bureau and working with an attorney to sue for damages and every day he kept my Motorhome over 2 months. Horrible experience!!! Stay away and save yourself the heartache.

Fantastic experience with Ben and his team of technicians! Ben came to our rescue on a holiday weekend when our RV broke down. He not only quickly diagnosed the problem, but helped us move the RV to a safer location until it could be fixed. Ben displayed some of the best customer service and knowledge in the business. This business may not be flashy, but it is the best service around for an honest price. We live 200 miles away from Ben's shop and we will be using his services exclusively going forward. The drive is worth the excellent service we receive and the trust we have in Ben.
