Did an awesome job pressing in wheel bearings on the axles of my 4runner. Everything was pressed to spec which means no leaking. Thank you!

Don't trust Napa. I took my 2007 pt cruiser head to them for a quote. The head needed the #3 silender revalved.Napa took the head apart cleaned it thrown all the exhaust valves away then told me that i needed new ones. [ for you information it is illigal for any one to thow away your parts with out asking] I ask to see them to make sure that they were bad. they had already thrown them away. They new all I wanted was to fix the one silender. then I went back to get the head they would not give me the head untill i paid them 92$ for the quote?? I took the head to a another shop in bend where they told me that Napa had screwed me. The head was not in bad shape that with out the valves he can tell the we could have fixed the head with out putting all new valves in it and that know the head was apart we would have to regrind the old valves because he didn't know where they went. I talked to the owner of Napa he said he would look in to it and call me back. He never called. I have tryed to talk to him and he is never there or is on the phone or when i do get him on the phone he hangs up on me. For a company to treat a customer like this hows family has used them for 30+ years sucks I will never use Napa agian. As far as im consered Napa needs to close there doors. There are many other stores that has way better customer support and better work.
