We have taken our vehicle to Tom's Bulldog Automotive twice now, and both times were beyond impressed. I have never been to a mechanic as trustworthy, personable, and helpful and I will always recommend everyone to take their vehicle here! We are currently sharing one car, which means when it's in the shop - lots of cab fare; however, after dropping the car off, Tom offered to take us back at home. I love the way they do their inspection review, showing things that are great, things that can wait, and things that need immediate attention - very helpful when you're on a budget! He also walked us through the entire thing, explaining everything and answering questions we had. Staff is extremely friendly and the office is always clean. Getting your car fixed can be a nightmare, but these folks make it a breeze! Definitely take your vehicle here if you want to avoid hassle and a headache!

Not great service still haven't got the quote from February that I was told I would get to me. They gave the car back to me with a head light unplugged (I plugged it in) and today I just realized they didn't out my air filter back together all the way and one of my seals is missing to where water can go down my windshield and get I to my battery box and where my heater core is and my ground wire with a few other things. I'm not the kind to bash on people but that service is pitiful they may want to coean up their act before I take my car back to them not too mention they fixed things when I didn't give them the go for it.

The owners and crew of Bulldog Automotive went out of their way to communicate at every step of the repair process and provide full information about the condition of my car, including photographs to document what's being reported. The repair work they did was reasonable in price and done well.

Everyone at Bulldog is great! They're always friendly and helpful and they're thorough and honest with me about my car. I also love reading their sign as I drive by.

I had my wife take in her car to do a tuneup, $100 later they tell her it needs $1,600 worth of work. Although she asked for a tuneup, all they did was an inspection. They actually took out the spark plugs and checked the gap, then put them right back in. Didn't even adjust the gap on the plugs, just noted that they were off. Paid $100 for something I already knew. What a joke!
