Ashley and Jeremy have worked on my truck several times and have gone above and beyond what a normal shop would do. They have stayed late at the shop to allow me to drop it off after work. Ashley has met me half way to get my truck back to me and Jeremy has worked after closing hours to finish! Communication and pricing has all been great!

Small family shop. Great service, quick and cheap. Jeremy and his family are very nice and go to great lengths to have the best customer service. A truly honest mechanic who does what you ask of him. He is also not pushy about services, and looks for ways to save you money. For example I bought a new car recently and had him give it a maintenance lookover. He identified all the issues and gave me my options not pushing services I could do myself like a new battery or other minor driveway maintenance items. I highly recommend him and his shop and will continue to bring my vehicles to him even if it is a bit of a drive for me. Oh did I mention cheap? He routinely charges me half time, don't expect it every time you visit but know he is more than fair about what he charges.

I have had three different vehicles in his shop to have work done. He has done an excellent job. One thing I really like about this business is their communication. Very professional and fair pricing. Highly recommend!

Had my Saab 9-3 worked on by Jeremy. Was supposed to be a simple strut mount job but turns out my CV axle and ball joint was bad. They got me killer prices on replacements and charged me half price for labor. Awesome guy.

So my car had a blown head gasket and was overheating right? By some miracle I met this amazing woman on a facebook group I am in. We talked and decided we should get the car into her shop to see if we can get the SUV fixed. Their shop is in Molalla and my car was in Hillsboro though. I told her I would need to get together some cash to get it towed to her (large bill to tow it right) her answer "No problem we will tow it for free to our shop." Who does that? And with no pressure for them to be the ones to repair my car. After a little time at the shop it turns out it was my head gasket. She gave me a quote and I explained I was sorry to waste her time but I really couldn't afford to fix my car. Her and her husband graciously offered to work with me and figure a cost effective way to fix the car. After looking even more in depth at my car, come to find out my head is cracked, my exaust is cracked and some other things are messed up... like head gasket sealant in my radiator and hoses that is all very plugged up. They where able to fix all my problems for a mere 200$ more than my original quote (I expected an extra 600$ at least). This whole time my car has been at J&A Ashley messages me every day saying how sorry she is that it's taking so long, things have came up with more things messed up on my car, or her husband got injured. All things that are no big deal but I appriciate her communication with me. Then Ashley sends me pictures of my car ( that I sent to them a dirty gross mess) cleaned top to bottom as a courtesy since they have had it for a little bit. Then today while talking about my car and how I will be more than likely riding an Uber from tigard to the shop over an hour away, Ashley offers to meet me very close to my house with my car. Seriously this shop has gone ABOVE AND BEYOND my wildest dreams. I will be returning to J&A with all the cars I ever own. Ashley and Jeremy obviously pride themselves in their work and really do love their shop and clients. Thank you guys for all your hard work and dedication. 💖🔧🔩🔧🚗
