Craig and his team are always friendly and helpful. The service is always timely and well done. I’ve always been able to trust that what they say needs done is true not some added in bull. They are honestly the best repair shop I’ve dealt with in Eugene. Sorry to say but as a woman I don’t always get the respect I’m given by Craig and his team. I’ve used them for well over a decade. Best in town.

Great company.. very honest, friendly service. They'll help you out and explain things till you grasp what is going on. I had an oil change done today along with the yoke for my U-joint and price was incomparable to other shops very happy and this is why I keep with them for all my servicing!

Craig and all the staff at action automotive are amazing and genuine people. They were able to get my system up and running top notch, and even work with me a little bit on the pricing. Very honest people, extremely honest business. Grateful for the service, I will be back for anymore car related needs.

I have only high praise for Action Automotive, both for the work they do and for the excellent service from Craig Matthew, the owner. Craig (who I do not know personally, other than from interaction regarding car servicing) is extremely responsive to concerns and more than willing to make sure customers are satisfied, as I can attest from work done flawlessly for me at a price lower than most others charge. So trustworthy, reliable, and responsive!

Fabulous place! I called around to find the best value and the best ability to diagnose and fix my car. Now we bring multiple cars here and recommend them to everyone. The owner Craig is friendly and knowledgeable and loves cars, Brian is invaluable, Roma gives you a ride back to work or home and will come get you when your car is done, Don one of their mechanics is a pro. My car purrs when they're done with it. They are excellent communicators about car stuff and give a fair deal. Can't recommend them more highly. We have an Audi A6, Toyota van and now a 2011 Subaru. For the latter they evaluated multiple used cars I was looking to get for my daughter and advised me clearly whether or not to purchase; invaluable. Thanks!
