I have bought a few things from here and am very happy! The customer service is top knotch. I did a 2" leveling kit, as well as a hitch, etc. We will keep buying truck accessories from them!

Great shop with all accessories. If they don't have it, they'll find it. Great and knowledgeable shop!!

It was not a good experience and I would not recommend them to anyone. We made arrangements to have fender flares installed on my husband's Ford F-350 Super Duty. We traveled 160 miles from where we live, leaving the house at 4 am to be there by 8 am as they said it would take a half day and we wanted to return that afternoon. We took two vehicles so we could take care of other business in Salem. They called us about noon to tell us our pickup was ready and we returned to pay. My husband took one look and one of the rear flares was sticking out almost a half inch from the fender. We went inside and told them it wasn't right and the installer came in and said it was defective. We asked why they called us to pick up our truck and take a defective job He said they could order another set from the factory but couldn't get them until today. If we hadn't noticed the problem, we would have been stuck with them. The owner came in and said if she had been there it never would have happened. We picked our truck up today and she changed her story. We spent an additional $200 to stay in town with no overnight supplies or medication. We asked for reimbursement for part of our expenses which she refused and then told me they didn't take checks and in my three previous telephone calls and three visit s in the last two days was never mentioned. Do not patronize this shop, you will be sorry! Also, the flare still isn't right and we don't know what we are going to do about it. Robert and Judith Hoggatt
