They tend to over charge. Have been quoted less twice and been charged more then $200 over the quoted price. no call no text, no communication at all. I will NOT be using them again. If you work hard for your money and budget well STAY AWAY.

Be careful and get a written estimate. Make sure you require a call for additional charges.

Was out of town in Prineville when our trucks alternator decided to go out on us, we googled local shops and bear had a great rating so we called and instantly know why. Great service from the moment I called, told us to bring it right in so we go there a hour before they closed they got the part right then and there - replaced it in less then a half hour the same day even though it was so close to them closing. The cost was great, less then quoted over phone. Great customer service and group of guys. I'm tempted anytime I have a issue to drive the 3 hours to bring my truck back to them. I will recommend to anyone in the area if ever asked! Even gave us some ideas of areas to check out while hunting.

Happy to get my vehicles serviced here, up front and honest about what needs to be done. Excellent!
