Woodburn Automotive replace my transmission and did a timing belt and all the breaks in my job car. They did a good job and all the above and they have free loaner cars which saves me quite a bit of money, and when I whine about price they usually give me 10% off on price. They even have free Towing which is a flatbed trailer. Everybody is extremely friendly and knowledgeable.

So I stored my car here thinking it was safe (As they don’t have a charge fee for holding) Then I come back for my car when the times right. I go in they got it all ready, but then they failed to tell me people tend to break in the back at night & cut fences, so if your cars near the back it’s not safe. They said “They’re working on better/more cameras” but I got my car back and my 200$ Vape was stolen I was furious and I call the place to tell them only to find out they can’t do anything about it but take a note. Really????!😡I’m very Dissatisfied with this bs and service I wanted to say this was a nice place until someone decided to steal my personal belongings. Very Upset they didn’t do a thing about this.

Fast and straight forward. I called one Friday afternoon to see if I could get a misfire diagnosed. I was told they were busy but could get to my car asap. Monday morning they called and told me what the problem was and gave me a few options (a part had to be ordered). By Wednesday morning my car was ready for pick up. Couldn't be happier.

My parents broke down in Woodburn on the side of the freeway. Fortunately they called Woodburn Auto Repair and were able to get towed to their shop. The owner graciously lent them a loaner truck to see my Aunt whom was hospitalized in Salem, and then back home to The Dalles while he looks for parts to repair their vehicle! A HUGE thank you to this amazing Auto repair shop! I highly recommend!!
