Just picked our RV up today and are now stuck on the side of the road again. Didn't even make it home. Charlie promised me they were going to go through this thing head-to-toe and that I they had a quality control policy in place and they had the best mechanics and blah blah blah. I am absolutely Furious! Just spoke to Charlie and he promised they would come all the way to my home and fix the problem. I will adjust my review Once that is complete.

New management is terrible! Stay away! Too much hassle. Went for inspection. Needed a new windshield. They offered to setup install of replacement windshield. And I quote Charlie "Guarantee I can have it done cheaper than you doing it yourself!" Dropped my car off Thursday evening. Car was supposed to be done Friday. I had to call them Saturday, they're website said open, no one was there. Found out the car wasn't done. They blamed Safelite for ordering the wrong windshield and now wouldn't install it until Monday. I explained I needed my car back in the mean time and to direct safelite to replace the windshield while I was at work on Monday. Said I could pick it up Saturday afternoon, never called until MIDNIGHT. Then said he tried calling around 10 but I didn't answer. Cell phone doesn't lie about call logs. I called again next day at 7 am. He called back at 8 and said he was headed to the shop and would call in an hour when he got there. Got a call 2 hours later saying his keys were locked in his truck at the Bloom truck show. Finally another guy who was actually helpful called and said he was on his way to the shop and I could go get my car. This was Sunday around 4 pm. Fast forward to Monday. I called around 9 and asked what the plan was for the windshield. He said he would meet Safelite at my workplace and have everything taken care of. Fast forward to 1 pm. I saw the Safelite van in the parking lot. I flashed him down and got him setup to do the windshield. Charlie never showed up. The Safelite guy was as confused as me. When he was finished he said he was headed to the MTR shop because Charlie said he would take care of it. 3pm I leave work, go to the MTR shop, they put the inspection sticker on and charge me $340 dollars. I was told the windshield cost $290. I called Safelite myself after I left and they quoted me, all said and done, installed at my workplace, $260. So after all that, they still jacked me another $30. Too bad I can't rate less than 1 Star.
