Spent all day just watching them walk around and avoiding just getting finished 7+ hours for 3 tires and a torque arm on trailer.

May 9, 2017
I had my trailer's glad hand and air system hoses all replaced with them, 200 miles later I had to stop in another shop to have the same glad hand and air system replaced again, and after that the company just avoid contacting me for at least a discount. Horrible!

took my kenworth tractor there this past week, had a low boost problem told them i changed the air and fuel filters, after the mechanic took my truck down the road on a very rough road test, they took it in the shop for 2 full days and replaced the fuel filters, and a boost gauge, 1200.00 dollars later it still has a low boost.

Took my Ford 2011 F-450 Crewcab Dually There. Wanted Front end alignment, Fuel filer, grease job & oil change. Nothing else, Marked up my new aluminum wheels when they did the alignment. Told them to leave the air pressure at 55 LBS. They Put in 125 lbs. Truck was never greased. Charged me extra $200.00 for preventative maintenance. Which I never asked for or can figure out what it was for.. Greasy hand prints all over my door panel & steering wheel. I was very unhappy to say the least! Beware! Plus They Gouged Me over $600.00.

After spending hours on the phone with these folks getting pricing to do work on an F350 they backed out at the last minute. Reason being John Palko the owner did not want to Warranty the work at all. So the truck will be going to Ford so the work is done correctly and has a 1yr warranty. If you decide to do business with Palko's good luck!
