I've known Fran (the owner) for over 20 years, and I've been taking my cars to him since before he owned his own garage. It's difficult to put a value on a garage that has honest mechanics you can trust to always do good work and never rip you off. Pardo's is one of the businesses in West Chester that makes it difficult to consider moving, because I know I'll never find a comparable garage in another location.

Outstanding used car inspection experience. Not being from the area I took a chance with Pardo and Fran really helped me out. Not only were they quick and efficient, they offered me a detailed digital package showing what the inspection found and then Fran offered me his opinion on what should be of concern to me. Really great all around experience. Next time I am in West Chester or even if I buy a used car somewhere else, I will make the 45 min drive to them just so I can get the same level of satisfaction.

Great experience at Pardos! Fran, the owner, is upfront and altruistic about the cost and service needed to your car. Friendliest mechanic I have been to!
