When I arrived they told me they would be able to look at my truck that day. Later on they came and told me they will have to look at it tomorrow. I come back in the morning and they tell me they won’t be able to work on my truck until Monday. Such horrible service...

I arrived at the shop on 12/20/17 I'm not the topical customer that just takes their truck in and drops it off I came here to have a complete clutch job, and master cylinder, slave cylinder and clutch safety switch repaired I asked for a complete estimate for repairs in writing they gave it to me I've always wrote reviews Positive or Negative I'm retired from a furniture moving company with a 100% customer service survey ranking and if you have ever had a company move all of your belongings then you know how hard it is to trust a mover I know customer service like no other I've been assured I will get my repairs done by Friday before closing I will give a full and honest estimate of my experience after work is preformed I believe in customer service and satisfaction like no other I lived my life on these values to customers for more than 23 years and know how hard it is to please the general public to be continued everyone deserves to get a fair and honest review of service so in everything you start with 100 5 stars here's your chance I will give names and positions of all involved with my process of repair you all delivered on my repairs thank you Jenifer,Mike in parts service,Mike the manager for helping me find motel James"remember customer service is everything" getting me my estimate and making calls to make sure I was on track for getting out on time My Service Tech that answered my Questions and the person that does the work and deserves more credit then they get thank you sir sorry I didn't get your name and finally Tim the closer thanks for giving me that 4pm timeline for being done Customer service is a hard goal to achieve when so many are involved one thing out of place ruins it for the rest of the team Timelines and Cost can do you in too I thought you guys did a good job for me because the estimate and repair time was there....

You would think in a industry where time is so important. That those who claim service the industry would have more respect for the time of their customers. Seven days to change a simple air regulator and not repair two gauges is absolutely ridiculous. Here is a question do you honestly believe that I would waste my time and potential of generating revenue to identify problems with the equipment I use to generate income that don’t exist?? Excel Truck Group of Columbia you have Excelled a doing two things wasting a week of my time and losing a customer.

Dec 2016: I took my truck in to have the exhaust pipe replaced. It cost me a truck!! 1. The service tech chipped up the flange on the muffler +and had to order another muffler$$.. Next day I was informed he attempted to remove the exhaust manifold and broke off d*** near all the bolts. (A simple exhaust pipe replacement was all it needed)In short i had to sell that truck. I was fortunate to have another truck on order as I was expanding the business. I will not bring any of my other equipment here for anything.

Waited five hours to get a quote on apu. Finally I just left. At least I know I need a water pump, but no telling how long they would have taken to replace it
