Terrible service. Cars up on blocks in front, behind and beside the building. Bad location, hard to get in and out of because of traffic. Staff is rude. Appointments are lost or forgotten. They were closed during operating hours during appointment times and do not return phone calls. ** response edit** There was an older white SUV, up on blocks, on the back/side of your parking lot. I drove by it three times. There were also multiple cars in your parking lot in various states of repair, one in particular without a hood. Also, your shop never completed repairs on my vehicle. I came for a diagnostic, which I received. An appointment was set for the following morning and a deposit for parts was made. At my return the next morning FOR MY SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT, there was a handwritten sign on the glass front door, that said "stepped out, please call ***-****" I called, there was no answer. I waited 45 minutes in the parking lot before I left. I also called 3 times before I left. I wasn't able to get in touch with anyone until after noon that day. At that time, they asked me "well, did you have an appointment?". At this point, after taking time off work, driving back and forth, bad customer service, and now catching attitude like It was MY fault they didn't have my appointment scheduled... I decided, look, I don't want to do business with you. I asked for my deposit back. They refused because they said 'we've already ordered your part". HOW DID THEY ORDER A PART FOR AN APPOINTMENT THEY DIDN'T KNOW THEY HAD, AND DIDN'T SHOW UP FOR? I spoke with Mike, the manager, and he too refused to return my deposit. He did offer to make arrangements for another appointment, and for someone to give me a ride back and forth, but with a day of missed work already and a sour experience, I said no. I called the corporate headquarters which only directed me back to the Lexington Office. I finally filed a fraud claim with my bank, for services charged but not provided, and received my deposit money back. And now, here's the owner trying to call me a liar. It's no wonder ya'll have such a bad rating.

My last 1 star review of this "business" was removed. I had such a bad experience here that I took the effort to warn anyone reading this twice. Don't take your car here.

Only gave 1 star because you have to give at least 1. We are self employed and have a small service and repair plumbing company. We were told to bring it in ( by the front desk guy and then by a salesperson who called immediately after I got information) for a free inspection and someone would call and let me know what was going on that same day. Called and left a message before closing time and no return call. Called at the end of the following day and still no return call. My truck was parked in the back of the store in the same spot for two days. I decided to go and get my key to take it to some other company. When I walked in, the guy behind the desk was laying his head down and not even working. Don’t waste your time with this company. If you need your vehicle to get back and forth to work and don’t have weeks to spare without it, don’t go to AAMCO in Lexington. There is no excuse for such poor service. Guess that’s the times we live in.

These guys are crooks DO NOT do business with them they will lie cheat and steal from you. Save you're self a lot of heart ache and go somewhere else. Worst place I have ever been too. They will give your your vehicle back in worse shape than they received it if you even get it back at all. They'll make up charges and lie in court. Warning all potential customers do not go here.

This is the worst place ever. They will take advantage of you while your down and have no problem with lieing or stealing! Save your self the frustration and waste of time and take your vehicle else where. There liars and the type of shop that give this industry a bad name. They will over charge for horrible work and most likely your vehicle will come back in worse shape than when they received it if you even get it backat all! DO NOT GO HERE!!!! BE WARNED WORST SHOP IN THE STATE!!!!
