When I need repairs done this is the only place I go! They are very reasonably priced and are very friendly! Also, they are very trustworthy. They will not tell you that things need to be replaced unless they really need to be.

I stumbled upon this place when I rented a uhual. I was blown away at the friendly and fast service so I decided to try them out when I decided to put air suspension on the rear of my truck. I bought the air lift kit online and they installed it. They were able to make an appointment for my install within two days of me calling and finished same day at an incredible price! I don’t think I have ever been treated so nice and been charged such a reasonable rate for a service at a repair place. I will only be going to Sarks Auto from now on. Alex installed my kit and it looks great. He connected the two lines into one so I only have to fill one line to fill both bags and put the air nipple in a nice clean spot to easily access and fill it. I cant say enough good things about this place. Thanks a lot guys!

When I tell you my husband and I have had the worst experience ever here. You wouldn’t believe how many chances we gave this place to do right on my husband mustang. The first time I took it, my husband was deployed and I end up getting a tune up. We took it back for a coolant flush and a inspection because the check engine light was on. We were told it needed a tune up. I mention to the guy that Sarks has indeed did my tune up. He Immediately wanted to honor it and redo it. They told us to come back Saturday. We took it Saturday just to be told they couldn’t fit it in and to bring it back next Saturday. Ok cool. We brought the car back the next Saturday and left it for a few hours. Came back to get the car after three/four hours and the guy who rung me up stated to me what was wrong with the car. I was confused. I stated, i knew what was wrong, you all were suppose to perform a tune up on the House. He then said, we did after stating he didn’t earlier. Then had the nerve to try and cover his tracks by printing a work sheet that stated a tune up was done. So come to find out the message about the tune up was never communicated. I spoke with the manager and owner who apologized and tried to say everyone makes mistakes and what not. The manager from the back said he apologize for the mistake and agreed to fix it again Saturday and also fix the fuel pump and just charge us for the fuel pump and not labor. So we gave it another chance, we took the car back. I got in the car once we picked it up and it was shaking like crazy. My husband and i at this point was pretty much over this place. Took the car to the Ford dealership and found out 2 of the wires were left unplugged. I did call and let them know I was very unhappy with their services. The lady up front offered a credit but we won’t be returning so a credit is not needed. I’m not sure what’s going on but this place is on its way down.

The staff is professional from the owner to the employees. They care about their customers and make them feel right at home. The prices are great and they do not nickel and dime you for every service. If you need tires, vehicle maintenance, or automotive repair you need to take your business to Sarks Automotive.
