I was on a family vacation and had some engine problems. I went to East Coast and to say they took great care of me is an understatement. I explained to them that I had no other way to get home if I didn’t get my vehicle repaired quickly. They immediatly diagnosed the problem and when they realized the part wasn’t going to be delivered for at least three days but I only had two days to get back home or my kids were going to miss 2 days of school and I was going to miss 2 days of work. Somebody from the shop got in their own vehicle and drove hours away to get the part for me. They stayed late at work that day and completed the job a day earlier than expected. They had every opportunity to take advantage of me but did the complete opposite! These guys are super knowledgeable, professional and go over and above! I am so thankful for everything they did and especially for their honesty at a time like this! It’s great to see there are still people and businesses that operate at a higher level like east coast does! Thank you to Ryan, Tom and the girls in the office for everything! I am forever grateful!

Very good organization to work with and highly recommended. I called on Saturday New Year's weekend when I couldn't find any other place open for business and landed this gold mine. You have to admire the work ethic and dedication of someone when asked "How long are you open today?" and the answer is "As long as there's work". I knew then this was the place I wanted working on my vehicle. I suspected a fuel pump issue. Ryan came and towed the car (~15 miles from his location), diagnosed the issue (not fuel pump but crank sensor), and had it fixed and ready for me to pick up all in less than 3 hours. Communication throughout was excellent. The only place I'll call going forward when I have issues with vehicles in this area.

**Posted review for my parents** We would like to thank Ryan at East Coast Auto & Diesel for coming to our rescue August 13, 2017. We went down to the Little River/Calabash area for a little get away. Our truck would not start, and being out of towners we did not know any mechanics. We were given Ryan's number and within 20 minutes he was there to help us. He got our truck up and running! We give Ryan and his wife many thanks for their help and would recommend East Coast Auto & Diesel for anyone with car or truck trouble. Thanks again! Rick & Arlene Jackson

I was pleased with this shop. Long story short: I needed a good conversion van, and I needed to trade in my disabled truck on it -- and these guys delivered. In just a couple hours after I stopped in and test-drove the van parked out front, the deal was done, the documents were signed, and I was driving off in my new ride. What's more, the folks at East Coast were all friendly and helpful, and I left feeling confident in my purchase (and, confident that my poor old truck was in good hands for repair). In a word: a satisfying transaction. So, much thanks to everyone at East Coast Auto who worked with me that day, for getting me back on the road. I am truly grateful for your service :-)
