We were out of town when our car broke down on memorial weekend. I contacted Chris the owner and he was very helpful and reassuring. He said they had a full schedule but would look at it in between cars since we were out of town. He diagnosed the problem quickly and went over everything with me. His guys fixed the problems, and Chris even picked me up at our hotel 20 min. away to give me a ride back to the shop. We were back on our way to Ohio. I can't thank them enough.

I’ve had my 2008 X5 serviced at Heads Up on multiple occasions and I’ve had nothing but superior service. Chris has always done a fantastic job at explaining issues to me in laymen’s terms so that I completely understand the process. From big jobs to small/routine jobs Heads Up is up for the task. I highly recommend Heads Up.

Not being very knowledgable about cars i took a vehicle I was thinking of buying to these guys for an evaluation. They were wonderful! Fast, knowledgable, took their time explaining things so that i could understand them, kind, courteous, factual direct and to the point. They saved this girl from buying a total clown car! And also taught me a few things to be on the look out for during my car hunting process. Hands down, one of the best experiences I've had in a long time! Solid as OAK!

As a female, it's difficult to find an auto repair shop that not only is honest, but also makes you feel comfortable. I've been taking my Hondas to Heads Up for years now, and I've never had a bad experience. The entire staff is courteous and respectful, and any work that needs to be done is well priced. I have never felt like I was being taken advantage of. I recommend Heads Up, especially to women, for any auto need!

Chris and the team at Heads Up Automotive are nothing short of AMAZING. They helped us through a ridiculous situation with our MINI Cooper - not only did the come in at a more reasonable estimate than the other shop, but they worked tirelessly with our warranty company to save us as much money as possible on the repairs. It was a beast of an issue and I am so lucky we had these folks to shepard us through it. Can not recommend them highly enough. The only place to go, in my opinion, for German car repair in the Upstate. Diligent, detail oriented, these people care about their customers and doing what is right.
