Incompetent to even diagnose dead batteries and will charge you for it. Truck went in Thursday for DPF light and was told it maybe Friday to get it looked at. Heard nothing so I called on Monday. They told me the cab had no power and needed to replace the P&D box. I politely busted them out on that lie, because I just replaced that box less than six months ago. All it was is the batteries drained from sitting there for five days. I guess that’s unheard of at a repair shop and since it was beyond their scope of expertise I went to pick up my truck. And what do you know, the P&D box must have magically fixed itself, because all I had to do is hook up jumper cables to get it fired up within 10 minutes. Nice of them to be over anxious to throw parts at my truck that wasn’t broke. They also told me that they had to do further diagnosis on my truck to figure out why it had no power. I saved them the trouble. When I went inside to let them know that I was leaving they were unhappy, because they haven’t finished up the invoice. Then she tried to give me an invoice for $40.00 for time put in for diagnosing the truck not starting. I told her it started for me which I already had it parked at the street with the engine running as obvious proof that I had it started and then asked her why am I being charged $40.00 for them to not start my truck. She said that she would get her general manager. A few minutes later with frustration she came back and handed me my key.

A nice and clean place with plenty of staff on site. My problem is with parts availability. Seemingly standard parts are never in stock and require 2-3 days for delivery to the parts department. If you want it next day, prepare for $40+ for it.

Only here for parts periodically for one truck I own. Parts department is usually on point with the correct part, but extremely slow. Look to spend at least 15-20min each trip. Their parts counter is also open on Saturday but get their EARLY!!
