Very friendly people got parts in earlier than expected and worked hard to get the job done right and quickly. Invited me to the free lunch they were having and made sure I was comfortable while I waited. As well as gave me a ride to and from the one of the many hotel/motels in the area. I would recommend this place.

What a wonderful experience! There are the people who are just trying to get a paycheck, who fuss and get agitated with questions and concerns, and then there are people who genuinely care about the service they provide - like the team at Inland Truck Parts in Ft. Pierre, SD. Charlie (the manager) and his team found a way to work with me, my driver, and my customer to make sure we knew what to realistically expect every step of the way, and even made the effort to do so in as timely a fashion as realistically possible within their power. Under much pressure from multiple sides after our truck broke down, the Fort Pierre team felt like a kind extension of our family who was standing behind us to make sure we were able to get back up and running so we could finish the job we started. Communication was accurate, timely, and not over-promised. When I was told I would be called back, I was called back. "100% follow through. Honorable to their word. Honest. Fair. Realistic with setting expectations. Willing to go the extra mile when it made the difference." - These are all words which describe the manager and his team.at Inland Truck Parts, Fort Pierre, SD. Thank you and your team, Charlie @ ITP FP, SD. I wish everyone across the country was as blessed as I was to receive the service you were able to provide. Truly a 5-star experience.
