We were overall very happy with our experience of purchasing a car at Frankman Motor Co. Robby was a great guy to work with. We never felt any pressure from him. We appreciated the honesty and respect we were given as customers. The Staff we met all were quite friendly and made for a great purchasing experience. Definitely would purchase there again. Love the new (used) car! Thank you!

A true and most valuable positive experience, with Frankman Motor Company in South Dakota. I went at this for the first time, (all the way from California). They had the car of my dreams and not knowing how to go about it, and unsure of a major purchase online? Honestly, I was uncertain and apprehensive. Then, I got in contact with Keith M.! What a guy! He made the entire transaction, process, smooth and easy, he answered my countless questions and made things work and comfortable for me to understand, as if I were there in person. That was important for me, I appreciated the personal approach and professionalism. CUSTOMER SERVICE AT IT'S BEST; FAR and BEYOND EXPECTATIONS! I would do this over again, and highly recommend this respectful dealership to my family or friends. This is why I'm sharing my experience and review. I have my car. Recently made my first purchase from Frankman. Very easy process. They gave us book for our 2 trades and medium book for the car we bought. Very pleased with how that all went down. A few weeks after buying the car I noticed an issue with 3 of the tires, the tread at the rim of those tires was starting to separate. I called my salesman, Lark, he said bring the car down so they could have a look at it. When I arrived, Lark and one of the managers Adam come out to look at the tires and decided that I shouldn’t be driving on those tires and got me a loner. They decided while we were talking about the tire issue that they would just replace the tires for me. I pickup the car on Monday and expected to have to pay for the tires, the service advisor said the sales manager, Adam, was covering tires at no charge to me. To me that is above and beyond what was necessary. They proved to me that there are still good dealerships out there that care about the customer and doing the right thing. Frankman Motors have just gained a customer for life. Thank you Lark and Adam.

In January I bought a high mileage used car from Frankman. Being an inexpensive high mileage used car I was well aware it might need repairs sooner than other cars. A month later it require some work so I asked Frankman to look over the car in detail and tell me of any future work the car might need. A couple months later a pretty large repair was needed that should of been discovered earlier. Frankman worked with me and got the repair done in a fair way. I commend them on doing the right thing, not every business will do that. It is treating customers like this and doing the right thing that gets great referrals and clients for life. I would recommend them to anyone.
