I've been here for my last 4 oil changes over the two years I've owned my new vehicle. While the first 3 went well, and in a timely matter today was different. I had an appointment at 3 pm, came in and check in went smoothly. But I sat in the waiting room for close to 2 hours before it was done. I understand sometimes you can get busy, but just let me know if you're running behind so I can plan accordingly. Nobody updated me or apologized that it took so long. I'll still come back, but I just hope next time things work out better. *Update - I did receive a call and an apology after for what had happened.

Quick and efficient service. Was having a suspension issue on my pickup so pulled up Friday without an appointment around 9. Was getting close to needing tires also. Nate got me a great price for getting everything done including an alignment, had everything done in 4 hours, which is great because my truck was not safe to drive as-is. As a local small business owner myself I value my time and an expert that knows what needs to be done and does it at a fair price quickly. Thanks Gary and Nate

I discovered Tires3 while attending college. I was ecstatic about the service I received so I decided to keep giving them my business even though I moved 2 hours away. Unfortunately, I was washing my new car early this spring and noticed my rocker panels were crushed on all four corners of my car. Paint was peeling badly which was and still is my primary concern. I told the folks at Tires3 and they tried their best to avoid taking blame for the damage, even though they are the ONLY people that service my tires. They claimed the damage was anything from hitting animals to me boozing and going in the ditch. Total damage? $1500 In addition, while getting a rotation, I was informed they were having issues getting my tires off. They told me that my lug nuts had swollen. I took their word for it and had the dealership (Billion) warranty out the lug nuts. As time went by I had to keep replacing lug nuts because they would keep "swelling" and get stripped out. I have been told every single time that it is "normal wear and tear." I started asking around and was told by friends, strangers, and mechanics that it most definitely is not normal wear and tear. **a mechanic also told me my rocker panel damage was unarguably from a car hoist just like they use at Tires3** This will be the third time replacing some lug nuts and my car doesn't even have 75k miles. 20 lug nuts at $7 each is not cheap. After doing research, I found that Fiat Chrysler does indeed use cheaply made lug nuts, however, having to replace all 20 every other rotation is pure negligence. All you have to do is use the right socket and torque. I had to go out and spend a few hundred dollars on equipment and tools so I can start doing my own tire rotations. Still claiming they were not responsible for the rocker panels, they offered 50% off a set of tires. Also Duane Lukkes (hope I got the spelling right) was extremely helpful and polite. He is honestly the only reason this didn't go to court. I have no plans to return.

Good place, with good service normally. But today I have sat here for 2 and a half hours and my oil change and belt change has not been done when I had a set up appointment. *UPDATE* After my appointment at 11:00 we were able to leave by 2:00. Look up how long it take for an experienced person to do a oil change and put on a new belt, shouldn't be any more than an hour MAXIMUM. When I asked what took so long they said they have to take it over to the maintenance area (20 feet away.) Thanks for the good explanation but I'm not that dumb but I guess maybe I am. (From 5 stars in the past, to 3 halfway through today, 1 after finished.)

I tried to do business with them, but it seemed like they didn’t want any more. Recognizing that I was short on time, I tried to make an appointment to get my leaky tire fixed, but was told no appointment was necessary and I should just stop in. When I did, they told me it was a 1 1/2 to 2 hour wait. Why even have an appointment function on your website?
