So I am purchasing a car from this dealership. I started to have problems so the dealership told me to take it to Direct Tire on Pleasant View. I took it first thing in the morning. They told me that they closed at 7pm. I called them at 6:45 and kept getting hung up on. So I made it up there at 6:50pm 10 minutes before they closed. They told me that they couldn't open the doors to get my car out so I needed to come back in the morning. As I mentioned earlier that I kept getting hung up on. I noticed while I was waiting to try and get my car back that the guy behind the counter would hang up the phone whenever it would ring. I know that it is almost closing time but come on. If they would have answered the phone when I had called my car could have been already sitting outside waiting on me. Personally I will never go back there.

My grand granddaughter went there due to having a nail in the middle of her tire. She stated she just needed to have her tire plugged. They stated that she needed a new set of tires. We just replaced the tires on her car a month ago. We asked them to put her tire back on, we were told, that it's an liability to put her tired back on, and she needed to sign a waiver. Just to get her car back. They tried to sell her a 228.00 tired. They had her there for over two hours before they gave her back her car. I would advise anyone to go elsewhere. She went down the street and got her tire plugged for 15.00. On a scale from 1 -5. They deserves a (0). Our experience with the people there were terrible, and she had to ask for the cap that they took off of her car, they lied and said it was in the trunk. They lied, she checked before she drove off to the property, and it wasn't there. Liars and crooks. Don't go there.

I had a great experience today at this location. Adrian went over what needed to be done on my car and told me what needed to be done right now and what could wait. He was very helpful and clearly explained everything to me. I would highly recommend this location to anyone!

Honest, tell you upfront what is really going on with your vehicle. Many times test drive it to make sure that it feels or sounds good.
