I went to this store back in March 2016 because my warranty company sent me there for new plugs and 2 sensors only one plug was replaced. Then December of 2016 I had to return because they said since they did the work they had to look at it I couldn't take it to another store closer to me. I found that kind of odd. Anyways they said I needed new ignition coils. Had them replaced and more work done totaled almost $2500. Left to go home got not even 15 miles down the road and my check engine light came back on. Took it back a few days later same problem so they replaced the coil in case it was a bad coil. On my way home the second time same problem happened. Took it back a few days later yet again. They said it was the same problem yet again. Told me they needed to do a compression test. I told them no because I wasn't spending another $150 to not have the problem resolved. So I took it to my regular mechanic and first thing he did was pulled my plugs and 3 had no electrodes because they had fallen off in my cylinder causing my valves to not set and misfire. Needless to say I still have the old plugs only one looks new and no one I know has had plugs replaced twice in 9 months. Now I need a new motor unless the electrodes disintegrate. I would not recommend taking any vehicle to this store. They cut deals over the phone and give free oil changes and alignments and fuel injector cleanings. So now I may be out another $5000 to have my truck fixed the right way. Thanks again Mathis tire you screwed over another customer I've told everyone I know to NEVER do any kind of business with this company it's ridiculous and no one gives you an answer on how to resolve or fix the problem. If I could put ZERO stars I would but here's your ONE pitiful star.

.I have lifetime care package for my car that I paid 500 dollars for which includes Oil change, tire balance and rotation, and coolant flush. But every time I go in the keep telling I need work done which equals up to 500 dollars every time. I just want what I already paid for. They just want to keep getting money out of you. No very professional. Kind of crooked if you ask me. These people are crooks......Do not go here!!!!!

Went to this place on July 4th, which we know is a holiday, to get a simple tire patch. When I arrived there was only one customer ahead of me but two guys working. I already had my tire off my vehicle so I'm thinking this would literally take about 15 min. Didn't go as planned. It took them a hour and a half to simply patch my tire. When asked what was taking so long he told me the guys were on lunch. I have no problems with employees taking lunch breaks but let your customers know. Instead, I'm sitting there looking like a fool left to wonder what's taking them so long. That's very unprofessional to me. Wouldn't recommend this place.

Would recommend! I pulled off I-40 when my tire pressure light came on. Mathias was the closet shop to stop to have air put in my tire. They informed me that my tire needed to be plugged or replaced. However I had an appointment I could not miss. It was not problem for them. In less than thirty minutes, the had put the spare on, found a replacement tire, and I was out the door. Thanks guys you all were awesome!
