Terrible experience Had my motor rebuilt and had nothing but issues after. they did offer to fix it but everytime id drop it off they wouldn’t update me on it and when I would go check on the truck it was never in the shop but in the back in total my truck was at their shop for 3 months Also they charged me 11500 for the rebuild and it was a stock rebuild never would I recommend this place to anyone

Took my uncles truck to get worked on. Paid a good amount of money, only to experience the worst costumer service. After paying and getting the truck back we found new mechanical problems that were not existing before. We thought the shop would be responsible but denied warranty to fix.

Reckless Diesel is a phenomenal shop. I always bring my truck here to be worked on when I am in the Dallas area. Being from Arizona, it is hard to find a reputable shop in another state. On Sunday, my water pump started to leak in Abilene. I brought the truck to Reckless first thing Monday morning and they got me right in to get me back on the road. Being in the transport business and down time being critical it means a lot that I was able to get my truck repaired quick with excellent service. I will definitely be back again!!!!!!!!!

Astounded at the lack of service and total misrepresentation of what and when work was being done on truck. Price for services changed without notice and no communication when asked about update on vehicle. No call backs after several messages. Considerable money was lost due to the truck in the shop. This has a real and lasting impact when you own you own small business hauling cars.
