I give them one star for their slick talk! Brought my Sprinter Van in for hub and spindle to be replaced. They had to order it, which is understandable so it took four days. The other side went out and come to find out they did not replace it, they changed the bearing, but still charged me double what Mercedes charged me to replace the other side. Have been to other Inland shops and they are not shysters. Never will i step foot in another Inland Truck Parts again!

Referred to Doug Tyler at Inland Truck, Irving, TX from 2 highly regarded Truck Repair facilities. I was told "there has never been a question on Allison transmissions Doug couldn't answer". Called today with an Allison Trans HT755 inop/dead and Doug patiently walked me through troubleshooting on the phone. He was knowledgeable, gave part numbers and actually referred me to a less expensive re-build shop for my ECM. Go to Inland Truck, you won't be disappointed.
