I had my truck towed here, and was charged over $500 on bad service. Just to have road service tow me less than 3 miles, it was over $300. After that they charged me over 2 hours of labor, and they didnt find out the problem. They wanted to charge over 4 hours of labor when I told them to not do any work after 2 wasted hours. Another mechanic diagnosed the problem in less than an hour. In my opinion, this place ripped me off and I do not recommend it.

I called ahead with a semi truck that a Kenworth dealer had already told me probably needed an exhaust flex pipe even though the truck computer indicated it was an intake manifold pressure sensor (IMAP). I informed GTC of this and requested a concrete diagnosis. They called me back and told me the truck needed an intake manifold pressure sensor based on Cummins computer software (Insight). What? We already knew that and told them we knew that. They charged my $145 for the computer diagnosis anyway. I pulled out the exhaust flex pipe and sure enough it was leaking and I replaced myself for parts $800. Even after calling management and telling them what happened their response was that they are in the business of making money and even though the computer diagnosis only took 10 minutes that they still charge for 1 hour. Additionally, the manager informed me that if I had specifically told them not to run a computer diagnostic and only to change the exhaust flex pipe then that is what they would have done. I needed a confirmation not a computer scan that would tell me what I already knew. Don't waste your money with these guys!
