I had an engine replaced here in my 2007 Toyota Camry. From the very first email, Jacob was awesome. We emailed back and forth a lot before I chose to use Patriot; he answered all of my questions and was straightforward about the price and process. Aside from amazing customer service from both Jacob & Frank, my car was repaired in a timely manner at a fair price and I never felt that distrustful gut feeling I get when dealing with anything related to auto repair. Picked up my car and immediately drove to Colorado and not a single problem with the car. 100% satisfied. I highly recommend Patriot Engine & Transmission. ***Update: I've discovered since my engine replacement that I was overcharged immensely. I'll take off 2 stars. Just know this place is overpriced and likely more so if you're a single woman or anyone without auto work knowledge.

I have a 74 F100 and was looking for a shop to be my mechanic. On a recommendation from a knowledgeable fellow I went to Patriot. I could not be more pleased with the work that Patriot has done. They replaced my engine and did a fantastic job, I have had no issues with the engine. And they are always willing to look at my truck when I have even little things going on. What do you want out of a mechanic? Honesty , great work , and a fair price. Patriot delivers across the board. Don't hesitate to bring your vehicle here, they will treat you fair and give honest quotes.

CONSUMER ADVISORY!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH PATRIOT ENGINE! I paid well over $6,000 to have the engine replaced in my Ford pickup. They continued to pad the bill with additional "needed" parts. Installing them without notifying me first. Then when I refused to pay, they threatened to remove said parts, including motor mounts. Rendering the truck unsafe to drive. Now I have more warning lights lit up on my dash than before they worked on it. Some I've never seen before. One being: Reduced Engine Power. Remember...this is their factory rebuilt $6,000 engine that's producing this NEW alarm. They said that this has nothing to do with the engine and their work. The engine light has been on since the first day they returned it to me. Still on. More compiter warnings everyday! All the while, Jacob denies any responsibility, and told me to go elsewhere to correct their mistakes. All with a very cavalier, condescending tone. We are a blue collar, hard working family that just can't afford to throw away $6,000 on shotty workmanship. That's the entire reason we were replacing the engine rather than buying a new one. Do not do business with these people!

These guys replaced an engine and include year warranty that they really honor. They give helpful advice.

My son and I brought (towed) in our 1970 Bronco for an engine replacement. Jacob and the guys did a great job and kept us up to speed throughout the process including pictures and videos of it firing up the first time. We've had it back several times since for other odds and ends and have always been completely happy. Highly recommended!
