The truck was brought to steve's truck and equipment repair because of problems with the clutch the owner Steve said the truck would be done on Wednesday April 12th and pick-up date was set for Saturday April 15th after driving two hours to pick the truck up nobody was present at the shop so we contacted Steve and was told a employee was on the way so we could pick up the truck after waiting for 3 hours and being told his employee was repeatedly on his way it would be a few minutes he arrived to tell us he needs another hour to finish up work on the truck after taking a look inside the shop his employee had the starter hanging down by the wires . Very disappointed with the customer service. Absolutely dismal service provided.

So a friend a I decided to use this buisness to get the clutch replaced in his 1999 F350 based on the reviews. MAN WHAT A MISTAKE! After waiting two weeks we were told it would be ready for pick up on Wensday. Since we are both military we scheduled to pick it up on Saturday. We arrived at 1 PM and no one was there. Called the owner and he said someone would be there in a few minutes. After waiting four and a half hours and getting told constantly it would only be a few minutes the gentleman shows up and tells us he's still working on it and needs another hour or so. I would definitely not recommend this service to anyone. This buisness is very shady, and horrible customer service. Just to update my review. After returning an hour and a half later the employee still had not completed the work on the truck, and the starter was hanging by its wiring as well as the drive shaft being out of the truck. Such a disappointing experience

I watched them at loves in weatherford tx work on a truck for atleast two days. "I travel that way twice a week." Anyway the last day I saw them pulling the truck around the parking lot with there pickup an it was quite a show. The truck rolled into the back of the pickup an a lot of yelling took place. Also the spot where the work was performed was a total mess. Used rags trash everywhere. I will never be calling them unless I need a good laugh. The truck needless to say left on a wrecker. Very unprofessional. I took pics of mess and truck on wrecker.
