Amber was a great help during the servicing of my car as she gave me frequent updates and physically showed me the causes of some of the problems and how to correct or prevent them in the future. I was also able to use a loaner car to travel back and forth from Huntsville while my car was being serviced at no charge. I was very pleased with my visit and highly recommend them.

Employees are very professional. Mechanics are very helpful & will find a way to get the most for your money. And the work was done on time.

Honest no B.S. Mechanic! I felt like I was respected and not pressured into anything. They acknowledged that their tire prices were too expensive and didn't bring it up again. This is kinda the only issue.. You are going to pay more; but you'll feel good about the level of service you receive and how they understand what you want vs need. Super Bonus on the full color photos and detailed exam of each major compotent or system. Overall about as good as it gets, you just have to pay a little more for this level of care and service.

Extremely professional. They gave me an estimate of the repair cost ($6,500) for our car and proceeding with the repairs. Upon completion the actual charges were several thousand dollars less than the estimate ($3,800). They explained that the reduced cost was due to not needing to replace several parts, thus saving us money. It would have been just as easy for them to replace the unneeded parts and bill me the higher amount. I would have been none the wiser, but as an honorable professional repair shop they took the high road and did not replace unnecessary parts.

Full brake job on my truck. Rotors, calipers front and back. Lots of work. Only one guy working on it. Other techs sitting around. Would think they would pitch in and get it done. Front desk folks great. Waiting area pretty nice as well.
