Don't go here if you are a female. I was almost in tears because these men are so rude. I can be patient but having me sit for 2 hours and saying nothing is ridiculous. I was told I could get my vehicle fixed the next day to only show up and they ordered the wrong part. I had expressed to them how much I work and it's hard for me to find the time to even show up there. The part I needed was $111.00 at o reilly but they refused to get the part from them. Then the part was $142 but after it was said and done I was going to pay $276!!! That is insane. I went to o reilly and ordered the part and will get it within 2 hours and I will just change it myself! I WILL NEVER USE THIS PLACE AGAIN

Be careful using the Kilgore location. Mechanics there may or may not address your issue in an appropriate or timely manner. I should have carried my truck to the dealership to troubleshoot but gave these guys a chance. After replacing numerous parts due to collateral damage , the problem remained. They never addressed the root cause. All of the work was covered by warranty so I was forced to stick it out with them vs. taking to dealership. So the 3rd time around, I carried my truck to the Henderson location and found that they were absolutely prepared to help. Great service and common sense approach unlike the Kilgore location. They even contacted GM and found that it was a known issue and took some advise. Thanks Automotive Supercenter Henderson, Tx.
