4/11/2018 my daughter had a blow out on 69 at the busiest time of the day. We were unsure what to do so we call the sales manager at the dealership. He told us to call road side assistance to come help but in the meantime he drove to sit with my daughter until her dad or myself could get to her. I called road side assistance and was told it would be 90 minutes before someone could help. We changed the flat ourselves and then we took the car to the service department at Al Meyer Ford and within 30 mins we had a new tire and the customer service was great. The service manager Vicki Weeks was so helpful and made sure that we were taken care of from the time I pulled in until I left. Al Meyer will always be my 1st stop for any future purchases or service needs.

Horrible experience. Arranged to test drive a truck on Saturday morning. Get there at 9:15 that morning, and there is all of about 4 people working. Apparently the salesmen like to show up late on Saturdays. Get to the truck I was supposed to test drive and this is what I find...this is after I spoke with a sales manager the day prior, and he said "It's a super clean truck, nothing wrong with it at all, been well taken care of." The truck had an almost flat tire on the rear (20lbs of air), there were WAY more issues with the exterior than the sales manager stated, the truck had STRONG smoke odor inside, the inside was filthy with dust, dirt, and dog hair everywhere, and a tire pressure sensor was broken. You would think if you had a potential buyer coming, youd make sure the truck was ready to show. Nope, not Al Meyer. So before I even test drove it, I had to wait 20 minutes for the service department to air the tire up, because none of them showed up to work either. Do the test drive and sit down with the salesman to tell him what all is wrong with the truck, and he starts off by lying to me about not being able to come off the price. He then acts like an ass wipe the rest of the time we were talking because I was pissed at all the problems the truck had. Then, I say whatever number you go down to, I'm not buying that truck. He throws his hands up and says "What are we even talking for then?!" And he storms off and leaves me sitting at his desk! So I get up and leave and laugh the entire way home about the joke of an operation that Al Meyer Ford is running. Pathetic excuse for honest salesmen, and pathetic excuse for customer service. Will never go back to them and never recommend them to anyone. Thanks.

UPDATE 26 December 2017: I received a call from the new owner of Al Meyer Ford, he has reviewed my file and my below review. He was very respectful and has made this right. I will be returning to Al Meyer Ford for service on my truck and I feel comfortable returning to give them my business in the future. **************************************** 20 December 2017: One star is to high but it’s as low as I can go. Got the lifetime maintenance plan when I bought my truck new from Al Meyer Ford and since my truck has low miles on it and since I did not get the new yellow card every year they voided my life time maintenance plan. However I did have them change the oil every 5,000 miles as the yellow card stated. Went in a couple days ago to have my oil changed and got the run around and they said I’m no longer eligible for the maintenance plan. I was not happy with the answer I received but after the lady told me several different stories I accepted it and left. But I can promise you I will never use this dealership ever again and will never recommend them to anyone ever again! Beware of this dealership, you have been warned. There is an awesome dealership just down the road in Nac. Soon I will be swapping my King Ranch in and Al Meyer will not be considered. Best regards, Brandon Weeks
