First, I want to say that this review has been a long time coming. My visit at this business was well over a year ago. I informed them that I thought a wheel bearing needed to be replaced. They agreed and replaced one but the roaring noise continued. A friend looked and said it didn’t appear it had been repaired but was not 100% sure. I should’ve taken it back but I didn’t and that’s my fault. I paid around $300. They also diagnosed my check engine light as needing a catalytic converter and quoted me $1,000 to repair. I initially chose this shop because they were open Saturday and could get my car in and out the same day. I followed up with my regular mechanic and had the wheel bearing replaced for $175 and the catalytic converter replaced for $300. Quite a price difference between two different shops in the same town. Get a second quote before allowing this shop to do your repairs. Update to your response...the quote for the catalytic converter was made in your store by you or one of your employees. As I said, others should get a second quote prior to using your service. The reason for my review as in most reviews, is to notify others that your pricing may be higher than other shops. I’m not asking for any correction.

I would have to agree with another poster about the up sale ideals. I went to this location earlier this week to get an alignment based on the reviews I saw here. When I went into the location I advised the rep that I needed an alignment after replacing my front lower control arm and ball joint. A few hours later I received a call advising me that they couldn't perform an alignment and that both of the lower control arms needed to be replaced. I got this in writing from them. I guess that they didn't even look at my vehicle to tell that there were new arms installed. I wouldn't recommend any service here and won't return myself.

Hands down the best place in Kaufman County to have your vehicle serviced. I recently had an oil change and had a friend pick me up to run some errands in the meantime. I let them know that I had an appointment to have it washed in an hour, they not only got me in and out on time, they also offered to drive it over to the place where I was having it washed so I wouldn't have to rush back from running errands! Top notch from beginning to end!

Always trying to up sale. Took my car in front an alignment after I replaced my front end and struts, I have done all my own auto repair for 30 years but unfortunately I don't have the equipment for alignments. Their mechanic said I needed front bushings, which I don't and I had cords showing in one of my tires. I went to Express Tires around the corner and bought new tires and much to my surprise NO cords showing. I will never recommend or use Taylor Tire again

Great place to take care of your car, my vehicle was fixed at a fair price. Couldn't believe I was in and out in no time. Would not hesitate to do business with them again
