I was recommended to this shop. Was a little concerned because the parking lot was packed full of vehicles. That means they might be to busy to help me. I spoke to Wesley who said Karl was his RV guy. My wife were in town and had a issue with our RV not starting. Issue first popped up in Alabama. Karl took a look and order a starter solenoid for us. I thought that was the problem. Part came in, they put it on but nothing. Karl got on the phone with Tiffin RV, but figured it out on his owe. We had a bad circuit breaker mounted near the starter. He got on the phone, found one in near by and got us back up and running. I enjoyed my time talking to Karl and Wesley. They did right by me. Would return here without hesitation.

Would not recommend, bad experience, never again! In response to Smith Auto and Electrics response: We did go back, you told us it drove fine after we told you we almost wrecked several times after driving it. We have already got it fixed, after $400 of course. The alignment was the problem, not the parts we supplied. Regarding the alignment, the toe was severely pointed in on the rear tires. Also, 3 of the lug nut studs were stripped on my wheels along with tons of scratches on my wheels that I told you about. When we came back to complain, I did not feel like you were trying to help like how you claimed in your response to this review. Yes, you were polite, but were you helpful?? Not at all.
