The customer service is very poor. I’ve had service done four times in less than 3 yrs & it’s for the same thing. I’m there for a fifth time & they have had it for three days & still can’t tell me the problem. Ted says it might be this or it could be that but I should know in a few hrs...I’ll call you...4hrs later no call. I call & he can’t be found or not available. They really need to send someone from corp to retrain everyone. The sad thing is that this is the ONLY place that can service my company truck...hell the one in Waco is 100% plus better than this one in Pharr. One of the saddest thing is that I have to take it in during my vacation time & they still can get right....

I will never call this place again. Dealt with them twice in one month. First time, they made it clear that the only time they can work on my trailer is after hrs even though it was 9 a.m. Horrible attitude. So tonight, I needed an air chute installed...AFTER HOURS. They said it would be a 2 hr minimum which is $480.00 plus...afterwards it's $195.00 an hour. Omg that's insane. So I asked the guy over the phone could I at least get the price of the part and whether air chute installation is a set rate or set amount of hrs as it is most places. He said the only prices he's allowed to give me going in is what he a already gave me. Can't discuss anything else he says..I hung up the phone. Called W&B across the interstate. Told me the full price over the phone before he ever left his house. I used W&B both times. Fast, polite, and fair. I will never let thermos king touch my unit.

Took our unit into have a display module replaced. Arrived on a Tuesday afternoon and they said they wouldn't be able to "get it in" until Wednesday afternoon. I understood being that it is a busy season for reefer repairs. However, when I asked a couple of employees if there were any other reefer repair shops in the area they replied by saying that "they were the only ones." I proceeded into the parts department to see if they carried my particular module in stock. I was told that they did not. I then asked another customer if they knew of any other shops around and was told there was W&B Service Company across the interstate. Went to W&B and was greeted in an expeditious manner. I was lied to by Thermo King Techs when asked if there were any other repair facilities. Their dishonesty would cause me to wonder what else they would be dishonest about, such as repairs and actual cost of said repairs if I were ever to use their services. I would send my Drivers to another facility before I would ever use this business. You gain my business by trustworthiness. If it takes two days to get a 30 minute job done, then you must be fruitful within your business. Spread the wealth by recommending other businesses that can also share in the wealth. Greed eventually catches up to you. When I am unable to service my customers due to back up, I graciously reccomend to them others who will be able to satisfy their needs. My honesty and trustworthiness has paid off immensely.
