I just bought my third vehicle here. Though at first there were some bumps, in the end I can assure anyone asking that the folks at Elliot will do their best to accommodate any buyer. I make it a point to be fair and honest when trading with any business and I certainly expect the same from that business also. If/when I feel that is the case, I am committed to continue my trading with them. Elliot Ford has earned my business and I am certain can and will earn yours as well. I must add to this review that while it's primary focus is on the purchase of my newest vehicle I must mention that Elliot Ford has a top notch service department that has never failed to satisfy me.

We have never experienced better customer service elsewhere or with anyone else other than Jimmy Clarke! He's fantastic and always on top of things. Elliott Ford makes the car buying experience easy and exciting! We bought our first car from them around November 2013 and are now buying our second vehicle this month, May 2015. We literally live across the street from Tyler Ford (Tyler, TX) but choose to drive over an hour to use Elliott Ford. We love them!

Being a woman, I was alone and in a strange place when my car broke down in Mt Pleasant. I knew no one, so I called my husband and my husband called Scott in the service department. In no time - I mean very quickly - almost impossibly quick, my vehicle and I were transported to the Ford place. By the time Elliott Auto was done with me, I didn't understand why everyone in this town wasn't driving a Ford. (And I sincerely mean that.) They took the best care of me and never did I feel like I wasn't in safe hands. This was by far the absolute best buying experience I have ever had. Everyone I came in contact with deserves the highest of praise! Spectacular, absolutely wonderful people! Thank you so very much Scott, Mark, Jason and Charlie!

Just purchased my first ford after many years of GM. Great experience working with this team. Absolutely would recommend this dealership and team to anyone and everyone. Very friendly and family oriented feeling, nothing pushy. No hassles, respond to needs and concerns instantly.

We were looking at used Expeditions online when we spotted an exceptional one at Elliott Auto Group. They responded to our inquiries immediately and we began working with Matt Farrer and Robby Dunn on the purchase. They were both willing to make the sale at a great price, while providing a great value on our trade in and obtaining low interest financing for us. Matt and Robby were extremely friendly and professional making this a great auto buying experience. In addition to the great people, all of my purchasing negotiations were done mainly online, through email and texting, with a couple of phone calls. How wonderful and hassle free this was, as I did not even have to leave my job or my house and go to a dealership. On top of this they delivered our immaculate Expedition to us and picked up our trade in. Thank you again for such a great auto buying experience and tell Linda I enjoyed meeting her over the signature signing lunch and delivery. We will recommend Elliott to all of our family and friends when looking to purchase a vehicle.
