This was the first time I used this company for auto repairs. I got to their place of business at 8:30 and checked in with George Smith the Service Manger . He wrote up the Service Ticket and asked me to sit in the lounge area and have coffee. He told me it would take about 1 to 1/12 hrs to complete. He came and got me after about 10 minutes and took me to the service bay and showed and explained to me the procedure that would save me money ( what a concept). They went ahead and serviced my car and I was done in 1hr/45minutes. This is a company I will use again. Honest Service Manger, clean lounge areas, reasonable prices and just an overall good experience. I will recommend anyone to give them a try

Rude, disrespectful, can’t even listen to your problem, gave me high price for Maintanance so I can just walk away. Never go to this place, never.

The people here are great! The service is awesome! Within minutes, a mechanic was inspecting my car and I was on my way! From now on, Frank's Automotive is my place to take my car!

Worst Customer Service Ever. If your Insurance company recommends using this body shop for repairs run the other way as fast as you can. They are slow and will lie to cover their tracks. I made the mistake of listening to the advise of the insurance adjuster of the person that hit me and took my SUV here to be repaired. I was quoted that the job would only take 5 days to complete. I did not get a call back from the Salesman until after the business closed on the 5th day (a Friday) that the job hadn't been completed and that they would require an additional day for the paint to dry (all weekend) but was assured that the SUV would be done by COB on Monday. I get a call Monday afternoon saying my vehicle would be done later that day, then 30 minutes later I get a call saying the buffer messed up the paint job and it would be another day. The same thing happens the next day but this time the manager calls to tell me that there was a problem with the paint drying, they tried to do the job the same way as the previous day and got the same result. Surprise Surprise. Finally on Wednesday they complete the work, telling my wife to be there to pick up the car at 5pm only to keep her there till past 630. All the while I had to make all the contact with this shop to check on the progress of my vehicle. I got the run around every time I spoke to the Salesman, could never give a straight answer as to when my vehicle would be back. During one conversation with the Salesman, while questioning the delays of the repair, he told me that he doesn't call me at my work and tell me how to do my job. He did not care about our needs, and since the Insurance Company was footing the bill, he had no repercussions to make things right for the customer. I will never do business with this company again. I hope this helps whomever reads this.
